Dr. Sihvonen is a Senior Project Coordinator at the University of Jyväskylä, where he manages European cybersecurity initiatives and leverages over 25 years of experience with major research programs like Horizon and EUREKA. He earned his Doctor of Science from the University of Oulu in 2007 and previously served as the CEO of VTT’s South Korea organization, leading international R&D and funding efforts.
